Booking & Scheduling

  • New clients: Email scoopandstrollgta@gmail.com or fill out our contact form
    with your pet’s info, postal code, and requested dates. You can also call or text
    289-675-8341. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
  • Existing clients: Log in to your Scritches account

Home Access & Payments

  • Condos with concierge: Keys can be left with the concierge (authorization may be required).
  • No concierge: Use a lockbox and share the location and code.

Policies

Cancellations less than 3 days before service: non-refundable.
We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes based on availability.
