Our passion for pet care has been at the heart of what we do since 2022. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of meeting many wonderful pets and their families, building trusted relationships within our community.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book your services?

New clients: Email scoopandstrollgta@gmail.com or fill out our contact form
with your pet’s info, postal code, and requested dates. You can also call or text
289-675-8341. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
Existing clients: Log in to your Scritches account

Home Access & Payments

How do you access my home or apartment?

Condos with concierge: Keys can be left with the concierge (authorization may be required).
No concierge: Use a lockbox and share the location and code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Interac e-Transfer
Cash (by prior arrangement)

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations less than 3 days before service: non-refundable.
We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes based on availability.
